1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your handbag or leather accessory to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unused, unworn, and free of stains, scratches, or damage
  • With original tags attached (if applicable)
  • In its original dust bag, box, and packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Jynvre reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address and any required documentation.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • Quality Issues: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or an incorrect item, Jynvre will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., style, color, or size choice), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

4. Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your handbag upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and provide a prompt resolution.

We may request photos of the item and packaging to assist with the claim process.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized handbags
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging with proof of purchase

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval status.

  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing. Your bank or credit card provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to post the transaction.
